The Village Justice Court handles violations of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law and violations of Village codes. Arraignments and trials are held regularly at the Village Hall at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesdays. The Court office for the payment of fines and other court business is open: from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., closed 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. Personal appearances are required for all Village Code offenses, except for parking violations.
